ExoticBeauty has a NO RETURN/EXCHANGE policy. For health and sanitation reasons, we cannot accept previously purchased hair and/or products.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure he/she is buying the right type/amount/color/style/inch of product before actually making any sort of payment.
Orders may be changed or canceled if your purchased product(s) have not left our possession. Please email us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We will be glad to give full refunds or exchanges to items that have not been shipped. However, once your product leaves ExoticBeauty possession, it is no longer ExoticBeauty responsibility.
ExoticBeauty has the right to deny any return or exchange for any reasons.
